Default What if some guy keeps clicking your ads?

What do you do to explain to google that someone is purposely trying to ban your account from google?

You can closely monitor cases like that thru your account. The best thing to do is report such case to Google Adsense for appropriate action. Such a case is beyond your control thus your account may not be subjected to suspension.

I do not think you would be able to convince on this matter.
I myself suffered the agony when some mischievous guys started clicking my ads like hell.

All you have to do is let them know you've seen suspicious activity and have them check it out. If they find anything, the accused will get banned.

Somebody messing with your Google Adsense is common. Your rival site or somebody who has nothing to do could be the culprit . Mazinger is right. You have to closely monitor your Google Adsense activity so you can report immediately to Google Adsense in case of fraudulent clicks which may cost your account.

If you are honest with your adsense account, you should not worry and you can write to adsense your problem. one of my friend has done the same and they assisted him very much

This is happening a lot lately. It is not easy to find a professional scam. 20 different guys from different countries click on 10 ads everyday and CTR goes up and it goes above 10%, Google will surely ban you.
One of the biggest problems google is facing with adsense is right here. There is still no solution to this.
