Default Self Click

What happens if the publisher himself clicks on the ads . I have found that some people have made network of people and are continously clicking on each others ads to make more money . How do Google treat with them ?

They get banned from AdSense which means all money earned is lost.

Unless you accidentally click on your own ads, then you should write an Email to them and this should clarify the matter.

I think there is this feature that if the IP source of the clicks made is registered as your source IP, you will not generate any earnings. Out of curiosity I tried this and the clicks value were zero.

if you are a big publisher then google wont ban you since you have built your repotire with it...it will consider it as company policy against each other and therfore forbid that ip...or wont charge advertiser for it..and if you are living in a country like india and do it in initial stages you will be out of the system

What happen? Nothing will happen if they not get caught. But if you get caught from any program like google adsense, i believe you will get banned soon. So, never did that self click. Its not worth and you just losing your chance to earn money right?
