Default Re-registering for adsense

My friend was banned from the program for using illegal ways to increase the visitors to the website. Is it possible to re register to this program with same name and different email address?

No, once someone is banned, he/she is banned for life. There is no way to get in for the same person. Thats why the gurus says, Do not cheat..

No, its not possible but if he was unfairly banned he can email google to re register though you would have lost all the money in the account from before.

lol Once you're banned it's done.
Well, there are ways around it.
Different IP, has to be permanent though.
Different email, never ever associated with the banned sites or sites associated with that site.
Different mailing address, never ever associated with the banned sites or sites associated with that site.
Different sign up site, never ever associated with the banned sites or sites associated with that site.

Nope, you can't re-register. You get put in the black-list of eternal banning...

But what if you start a business? That's the question. Different entity...

If you use illegal ways you will surely get banned by adsense. Man it is owned by google. So think before you do

It's not illegal. It's just against their TOS. And if you stick with it there's no reason why you should be caught. Smart thing to do would be to just forget about AdSense and go in another direction. YPN for one.
