Default Adsense ban for no reason

I've heard so many stories where Google has been banning people simply for making a large amount of money. 2 twins set up a massive website (can't remember the name) and were using perfectly legitimate techniques to acquire traffic and earning easily over $1000 a day and were banned by Google.

Some people have decided to try to take legal action against Google, what do you think?

Google is such a big corporation in the industry, i do not think you could just sue google for its actions.
There are tons of guidelines with them, they can save themselves one way or other.

BTW, please edit your Topic Title.

If you earn next to nothing then suddenly start earning a ton of money and you can't provide a good reason for this, yes, you'll get banned.

Adsense bans accounts only when you violates their TOS. As they have got a huge TOS, what people generally do.. they do not properly now what actions are really problematic. Obviously this applies on novice and first time users, not on those who make $1000 a day.

Well you can surely sue google but the chances of winning the settlement is very tough.
Google is a monopoly and is facing no competition in ads directing medium.

Adsense banner for no reason, ROFL.
I thought, Google started inserting banner ads on your site without your knowledge.
Dude, please change the topic.
