Default Adsense Ban

I wonder how people get to earn from Google Adsense.
Its been twice, i am banned before making a third one go live.
Its really amazing to hear that if you want to screw your foe, just click his site's ads, lol.
Google has to find a solution for this kind of problems and for the safety of adsense users like me.

They do have a solution. If you contact them and let them know of suspicious activity, they'll take action. They won't just go out of their way though. It's your responsibility.

Its like a golden goose situation here, as people tend to kill the goose for a short term profit and hence losing out on great earnings in the future, by using wrong methods to get clicks and google will easily find it out and hence resulting in banning!
