To prevent getting your site banned for click fraud you should download AdLogger.

AdLogger is a little script for AdSense. You install it and it tracks all your clicks and helps you to see what IPs are commiting click fraud and this helps you prevent your site from getting banned from adSense. You'll have the proof to backup your story when you contact Google.

Completely wrong. If you contact Google and let them know you were screwed over, they will review the case.

Why were you banned in the first place?
Google adsense's support will usually respond to emails farily quickly.
