Ratan Tata drove in the Nano, the much awaited Rs.100,000 ($2,500) ‘people’s car’, into the podium in Tata Motor’s pavilion at the Auto Expo 2008 in New Delhi, heralding the launch of the world’s cheapest car.

India’s top vehicle makers say it will roll out the new vehicle later this year. This is really a great achievement in transportation sector.

yaa....I am waiting for this amazing Indian car.But this will take around 10 months to come on road.

TATA is currently rocking indian car market with this future product.Lets see what performance it gives, when it comes to road.

i think of it the tata nano as way too cheap and must have it's limits.like we can't use it for drifting or car racing can we?.well i hope price resembles quality and this absolutely hit me back on my concept

Some of the problems with this are it will be good inside the cities but I dont think you can take it outside the city.
But as the car is very cheap lots of people are going to buy it which will create traffice problem in all the big cities.
