Could you use a break?

I some of you could think I am wrong but i personally spend 8 hours or more on my computer every day on the internet on forums and other random sites. I think that it would be great if the internet just shut down for 2 days or so in the summer to give everyone a break.

Im not sure if you have seen it but on Family guy when peter breaks the tv cable transmitter and the town is without TV for a while and they actually go outside and enjoy nice things. I really enjoy those times but at the same time I am addicted to being on my computer and coming on it during off days really starts to over come me.

its not bad to spend to spend time on the internet if you are learning something but at the same time one has to take care of his/her health as regular sittings on a pc affect the eyesight badly.
