Default Is there a central beginners or "go to" place anywhere?

After reading through some of the posts here, and thinking about my own experiences, is there a central or some central forums or sites that beginners to forum posting should check?

I know about gptboycott for the "get paid to read" people, but have not yet found any such centralized site for forum posters and so forth. Granted, that could be because I am new to it all. I read about forum posting on a website, and found here by exploring.

Such a site would be handy to steer beginners and experienced folks away from problem people and forums, in my opinion.

Maybe I should bookmark this forum and check back often.

There is nothing like this so far. Perhaps because forum posting industry is not big yet like Translation or article writing industry. May be we will see something like this soon.

If you're looking for a place to find work (or workers) then going to a forum (such as Digital Point) that has iTrader or a similar way of telling you who follows through on their work. That way you can see what the other users say about them before going into business.

I think there is no site yet of that kind. However, you can try registering at DigitalPoint and offering your services as a forum poster in its B/S/T section. A lot of people there are hiring people to do paid forum postings for them. Everyday, new threads are opened about that particular job offerings.
