I agree I definatly would not trust it. There are to many other sites that I trust that have everything I could ever want to risk it.

Lots of sites are scams nowadays. It is good to inform people about them. But just typing websites without any knowledge is not a good thing. www.paily.com is not a scam as far as I know. So please be extra careful while writing scam warnings.
