I often see them in my "SPAM" section of mailbox,almost 20 to 30 daily.
Also downloading stuff from internet gives me so many popping and flashing links.

I don't come across them very often, but when I do it's oblately obvious to me as they look completely different from regular web pages!

I usually never see any fraud websites. The only website I come across that get my attention are website that tell people to click on google/yahoo ads to help there site.. never a smart thing.
