How is scanning the check going to prove anything?
It didn't pass at the bank, that doesn't show on a check.

thats a shame!!!!
i cant believe what i am hearing and i am so sorry for you ,but can you show us the check so we stop going too far with viewing their ads and wasting our time

Just deposit the check and let it bounce. Once you get hold of the bounced check, threaten the issuing party that you will take legal action as a result of the bounced action. Using the bounced check as proof of evidence in court is binding.
