Yea, I have been the target from goclick before, they send you bad traffic and the traffic isn't even from real clicks, they are all fake!

Seems to me that it is not a scam. At least not from the review I just read about it.

All i trust for PPC advertising is adwords program. Its the safest bet from google and you can almost trust it blindly.
