I also got paypal emails many times and even they asked me to change the password. Be careful.

Thanks for the information. I never open any such mails which have hyper links in them.

Yes I have received quite a few fraud paypal emails. I make it a point not open any links in the email especially when they inform me that they are going to close my account if i don't update my information though the link.

Yeah I learned the spoof@paypal address a long time ago. I just forward them there whenever they get to my box.

Point is all those e-mail are spoof, you get Paypal and Ebay spoof mostly. When you click in any of those link it will re-direct to a similar looking page, collect you personal information, and guess what you are hacked doing so.

I don't even bother to open them though. They just get deleted right away, i advice you all to do the same.

Ya i too receive lots of e-mails when i open my yahoo account, thankfully i use to receive mails in my spam box not in my In-box. I never use to read those mails and i just use to delete those mails with my i eye closed. So be careful when you receive such mails.

Ok, never ever click on the links placed in those fraud mail, yet better enable spam filters to remove all such mail, that are not sent by Paypal.
