They dont payout the accounts of banned users. its returned to respective advertisers.

If you are banned, you won't be paid at all. They ban people only who are involved in click fraud so all the earnings are fortified because of click fraud.

I think you won't be paid a single penny as you have been banned. Their are several terms and conditions of the company which they have to follow.

this is how you can tell who really reads the TOS or not. They put that stipulation in big bold print so the publishers can be sure.

Sorry mate!! I don't think your friend would be getting the amount as the minimum amount has to be 100$ in the account.
