Rep Power: 2 ![]() | There are a lot of angry customers of a UK based shop called Shop Neo at the moment. They have had a security breach, and customers who used the shop within the last few weeks are experiencing fraudulent transactions - often hundreds of pounds being spent on gambling sites. The store contacted all the customers to alert them, and suggested they cancel their cards and inform their banks. People aren't happy with that though, they think more should have been done. Personally, I don't see what else the shop could do. What do you think? |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Its always bad news when a shop gets their security breached like that. The really bad thing is this is the second time in about 4 months I've heard about a shop having that problem. I can't see what they could have done other than notify the customers affected though. |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | It was the shop's responsibility to keep the data safe of customers and if they failed all the loss which customers will get is a liability to them and they must pay it or the customers can take legal action.
