Default Switching accounts!

Be aware about bidding on somesone's item that has switched their account, usually means they are being harrassed by other ebay members that they did not pay or did not ship thier item out, just be aware!

How can you tell if they've switch their account? If they get a new account they can't be tracked can they?

Exactly, I was thinking the same and also Ebay doesn't care if a person opens a new account. Its common practice by fraudsters that they open new account when they get few negative reputations.

I sell and purchase items on ebay. I am at the point that don't deal with any members that have a bad feedback. When a person is a bad ebayer they waste a lot of the seller"s time. I'm going though something with someone that had a negative feedback. He has not responded to me since he won a bid from me 2 weeks ago. Now I have to go though certain procedures just to get my fee money back.

That's the problem with online deals.Ebay should not allow people with negative reputation to open other accounts.
