Default Punishment for Frauds
What is the punishment for people who have been found guilty on fraudulent transactions? For example in US, if it is still under investigation can the suspect give some bail?

It depends on how much money they got away with, different amounts mean different sentences and so fourth!

In many countries like India and Pakistan there is no such penalty for such frauds. the policing often has too many loopholes.

In third world countries there is no rule for cyber crimes thats why people are involved a lot in such activities. In US and other developed countries, I am sure the punishment is hard and could result in prison or fine or both.
