That's good advice, and applies to all forms of deals, not just online. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Is there any official or designated organization that is tasked to monitor websites that offers scams and fraud? A lot of frauds and scams spread over in net and it is hard to know a website just offers scams and fraud.

Too bad that all the people who know how to run the country are busy driving taxicabs and cutting hair.

I never give my credit card information at new websites because I'm too afraid. However, if the site is reputable then I prefer it for shopping purposes.
