I don't think Adsense is not a fraud....Ya ,they are a bit strict rules but are very clear in the rules.

I have heard about this before and the people who told me about it were completely genuine. I have heard it happening with other sites also. I think the best thing to do is try contact them and if there is no satisfaction move on and try somewhere else. bad luck this happened to you.
