A dangerous man indeed. Good thing you have shared this information. Too bad people like him stole hard earned money from hardworking people. This is a good warning to all of us.
As far as my knowledge is concerned the latest I heard on this was that some guys who were scammed wanted to drag Randy to court but no agency came forward to their assistance. Neither local, nor state, nor federal authorities would help them till they acquire evidence and present the case .DA won't accept it, thus no criminal charges would be brought against the crook. Civil litigation may be the remedy for this.
Randy also ripped our family off. He thinks he will get by with it, but his day is coming, soon! If you have been a Randy "victim" go to the authorities~~~any & all authorities. The louder you get the more people you get to listen to you. TRUST ME ON THIS. Rattle all chains, call all offices, send emails, etc. HE IS NOT ABOVE THE LAW. Contact the MSP Alpena post.
Anything you can post here in terms of proof would be great. You certainly don't want to get in trouble for slander. I think it's important for people to be fully aware of all the details of any fraud activity that has happened.
