Razorblade Junior Member Join Date: Jul 2008 Posts: 10 Rep Power: 0	what to do? If and when I get scammed in a forum, like when someone orders an article written and then doesn't pay for it, what can I do? What are the effective ways of dealing wit the problem in such a way that the scammer would have to think twice before doing it again and victimizing others?
