Not all posting contests are scams though. I have entered some of them and have been paid successfully. You just need to do the proper research before venturing into such a thing.

This is the exact thread that I was hired.

I have also had another posting job for 40c per post, first 200. I was paid $20 USD before the job and $60 USD after, the limitations were easy to follow. At least five characters per post + please keep your posts clean. For that job I had to post at Video Games Forum, Computer & Console Games, Xbox-Playstation-Wii but the thread that I was hired in no longer exists. Nevertheless, I was hired at Freelance Projects & Jobs. Freelance Programmers, Web Designers & Writers. Contract Work.

You really just have to surf around and never think something is too good to be true! E.g. right now I have a posting job for $1.50 USD per post that is approx. 150 words and I am going to give it a good go!

I have checked above links but it is difficult to find such jobs . Another aspect of these jobs are , Those are limited and short term jobs (50 posts)
If someone is looking for long term jobs then there is need to low the rates ,

I don't take part in posting contests because they are too good to be true. I always participate for fix money for fix number of posts. That way it is less chance to get scam.

I do not take part in forum posting contest because I feel that the owner is using me to get its forums going.And I hate that feeling.
