I think it all depends upon your skills and upon your dedication to your work. If you are ready to give most of the time to internet and work on to utilize your skills properly...Then i am sure no force can stop you!!!

I am also doing internet job at my home while studying ...this gave me so many thing for learning and earning.,...and my speed of typing is also increased ..

I don't believe that you can earn a decent wage online with these types of sites, you can however make some pocket money. There are many sites out there that are scams and they make you believe that you can earn thousands within a week, if you can not make this in a local job then there is no way you can make it online on these sites.

I do believe also that there are paid to post sites that pay and if they are telling you that they pay between 0.01c-0.10c per post then you have a fairly good idea that they are real, they are not promising you the earth however they will pay you small pocket money, you can boost your earnings by doing competitions with these sites or bonus work.

I would not depend on them to feed and clothed me.

Depends on how much you really need. Before, I earn $20 a day and that was decent enough for me since I still get allowance from my parents.
