Default Buying Sig Link

I bought sig links from number of members at a popular forum and almost 60% of the members stopped posting (before they had like 12-15 posts per day). I'm not getting any traffic because of this. Do you think I have been victim of fraud?

They did mention that they make around 10 posts daily then why they aren't now.. It's purely scam IMO.

It happens. I've personally bought at least 10 signatures over the last few months but just stopped. Most people who are on forums for the sole purpose of selling links typically pump in dump IMO, meaning they will pump their post counts every so often and go from there, all IMO of course.

Unfortunately it happens a lot on different forums. I have few rules set for buying sig links and so far it is working quite well for me.

1. Always buy sig links from old members
2. Never buy signatures from new members who make 30 posts daily in Introduction section, trust me, you won't get any traffic.
3. Buy sig links from members whose posts are actually read by other members and contribute to the community.

The main thing to do is check the seller's post count per day on their profile page. That gives a more accurate count as to what they do per day. Usually the more reputable the member the lower their post count could be because of other internet activities that keeps them from posting.

There's another scan going on now-a-days, people join a forum, spam it to increase post counts (by posting in general discussion section, off topic section with useless posts) and when you buy the sig link, the member is banned because of abuse. Be careful about that too.

You really should only buy it for a few backlinks and the profile PR. Don't count on the user repeatedly posting.

Had the same issue. Bought some sig links and after a month they stop posting and would not return my emails.

I have actually rented mine out on a few popular forums. I have seen some people do just what your talking about. I usually charge just a few bucks and do it on a monthly basis. Makes it easier that way.

Same here. I've never done anything more than a month.

I've never sold nor bought links, nor do I plan to.

why do that when you can do it on a website?

I've never been a very excessive poster anyway.
