You have to ways,
1- seek a conversion to paypal through any reputable forum, post your price and you will find a lot of help.

2- go to e-gold Directory
and find the best exchanger for your country, you would recieve money either by WU or Check most of the time.

You can withdraw eGold cash using exchangers, I wouldn't recommend exchanging eGold -> Paypal as it is illegal!

You can withdraw your egold funds through currency exchangers. I suggest you make a research about the ecurrency first before deciding to do business with them. A lot of them are scammers. I know a good and reliable ecurrency exchanger. If you're interested just pm me.

There different exchangers depending on the country you are in. There are some countries that cater to e-gold users and even allow them to receive funds through a bank account.

You can also do a trade with someone for their paypal account. But I think that in some countries, there are online banks that allows you to transfer your funds to them.
