E-Gold fees is very less compared to Paypal (especially when the transaction is of small amount). There is also a account maintenance fee but it is minimal and you won't notice any difference because of it.

It is better for e-gold to have lower fees than paypal.Because if they want to compete with paypal they hav to give something that paypal has not.

i don't think egold fee is very less compared to paypal... egold charge 5% for payment received which is alot... but paypal don't charge us for any payment receive...and also paypal withdrawal method is very easy...i am still wondering how to withdraw money from egold besides trading it for paypal
