I have been using e-gold for the past 2 years. I have had no problem with e-gold so far. However, e-gold account phishing is rampant. So if you don't know how to secure your account, you end up one of the victims.

Well if Egold was a scam the thousands of people that use it would all be in trouble. I think Egold is a very reputable company and you shouldn't always believe what you hear.

E-gold is not a scam but majority of scammers use E-gold to scam other peoples because e-gold allows multiple account and there is no chargeback system in E-Gold.

I have to agree with others that EGold isn't a scam. They have been in market for years and people are happily using them. If you get scam then there is some type of fault at your end (like less security, passphrase leakage etc.).

I have been using e-gold and i haven't met even a single problem with it. I think its just a rumour and nothing else...I suggest you, that all this is baseless and not to believe on this.

Payment processors are not scams. The people who use them scams people for easy money. If the processor has low security then there is a high security risk for users.
