Rep Power: 2 ![]() | It is not pro consumer. But more of a pro merchant account holder. If you want a chargeback contact directly the egold account holder concerned. The best egold could do is block the account if there is indeed a fraudulent transaction involved. |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | This policy is great for sellers but not for buyers. For instance, if seller send defective products, there is no way for buyer to get the money back unless the seller refund the buyer himself.

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | I think it is a anti buyer policy. It offer no protection at all to the buyer. Even it is proved that the seller committed a fraud it is impossible to revert it.
