eGold no chargebacks right?

eGold prides itself on their no-chargebacks policy. Do you think it's a good policy or do you think it will just invite more fraud?

I think it's a good policy but I would like more fraud protection added.

Its good for seller protection, but bad from Buyer point of view, as it will attract more fraudulent.

It's definently a good idea, no chargebacks = good services! Or in some cases the fraudulant person will bank on this, but not always the case!

It is not pro consumer. But more of a pro merchant account holder. If you want a chargeback contact directly the egold account holder concerned. The best egold could do is block the account if there is indeed a fraudulent transaction involved.

This policy is great for sellers but not for buyers. For instance, if seller send defective products, there is no way for buyer to get the money back unless the seller refund the buyer himself.

I think it is a anti buyer policy. It offer no protection at all to the buyer. Even it is proved that the seller committed a fraud it is impossible to revert it.

This policy could be good for some people, but for some, it is not right at all. Even if they do not allow chargebacks, they should assist people in getting money back if victim of fraud.
