Yes this is really true. I guess this is one reason why only a few people prefer using egold. Egold should think of ways on how to protect their account holders.
egold is good and better than paypal. If some one gets into your paypal, your creditcard, bank account all are under the hacker's control but its not the case in egold. Just the money you have in egold is in his hands...
Yes inworx, you have a point there. In terms of this feature, egold has an advantage over paypal. BUt paypal is still being preferred by a lot of people. A disadvantage of egold is it is not widely used.
E-gold is a secured payment processor. It boasts its advance security features which may not be available to any payment processor. Don't you know that you can restrict access to your egold account to your specific IP address? Many egold accounts are hacked not because of egold' lax security feature but because of lax attitude by account holders in securing their accounts.

its not egold which is being hacked, everything on net is insecure because nowadays the hacker community has been increased so much and so many people are stepping into that world! and remember being a victim of hacker is only possible if u allow them like one of your mistake allow them to make u their victim so always be carefull
