Default E-gold multiple accounts

Can someone tell me if egold accept multiple account from a single person?
I do not want to risk losing my account although I have not used it a lot.

While I can not speak for egold, I don't think it's that much like paypal where they frown on multiple accounts. I know multiple people who have many accounts, probably because they simply forget about it and unlike paypal, there is no intense registration process.

Yes, I can speak from my experience that egold does allow people to hold multiple accounts. In fact, it is a very popular practice. It is because of the lack of fraud protection measures like these which entice scammers to operate using egold.

Yes, I am speaking from experience too. I think, it's not more of a scam issue, but it is sometimes better to separate payments coming from different directions.

There are many people who create multiple egold accounts and sell those with nice numbers which are easy to remember for a tidy profit.

This is how scammers are able to get away with the money.
With multiple accounts, they can easily transfer their funds from one account to another even before egold blocks them.

My friend has 2 accounts on e-gold. One for receiving payments from transaction online and the other for his personal use and allowance he gets from relatives abroad.

Allowing multiple accounts is not safe. Scammers can easily get away and do it all over again.

This is also a way of knowing for which payment is the coming money coming from without reading the memo or something. Sometimes people forget to write for what product they are paying for and for someone who has different stores/sites, it could be very difficult to know which is which.
