Yes it is accepted by Egold to have multiple accounts by a single person. Although the email addresses you specify should be different.

No, not at all. The risk factor would arrive when this practice was banned and someone makes multiple accounts with fake names etc, but here it is 100% ok to have multiple accounts, so no risk.

Yes it is allowed to have multiple accounts per person for E-gold service. Only thing you have to take care of is that you use different email addresses for each of them.
