Default Currency Exchanges

I think EG is the only payment processors which allow currency exchanges. They have already been warned by concerned authorities about money laundering which is pretty much because of currency exchanges. Then why don't they block this practice before they get into trouble?

I also don't think how currency exchange is related to money laundering. It might be a reason for scamming people but money laundering, I dont think so. Also, the gold fluctuation is completely legal and you can't say it money laundering.

What exactly is Money Laundering? From what I have heard, it is a way to get the most out of forex trading which is legal. Can anyone please explain it to me?
