A lot of people sell their MLM website accounts with hundreds of referrals in it. However 95% of the referrals are inactive so be careful before buying such referrals which wouldn't benefit you in anyway.

I have seen an auction where someone was selling an account with hundreds of referrals at PTR account and claimed that it earn $10 per day. When I emailed owner to confirm, he said selling account isn't permitted and then that guy got his account closed. Lucky for the person who was going to be victim.
