I just got invitation to powerseller. I was really very happy but soon it got disappeared. The email was FRAUD and phishing. Really sad to know. I've forwarded the email to spoof@ebay.com Has anyone here got such emaiL??

I see them ALL the time. Get them for ebay, yahoo and many other sites. Seems to be a big target, ebay that is. You will probably see a few pop up in the fraud alerts section.

This is where a good Malicious Site detector software comes in handy. I think firefox browser has an add-on for such. And IE7 has a built-in resource for this as well. I recommend that we should always be careful cos there are many fraudulent people out there.

i get them once in a while, i get them from ebay, verizon, and paypal, there are more cant remember all of them. its still really sad to see this

No I have never got such an email might be because I am not that much active in ebay.

Anyway thnx for info. I will take care of such fraud mails.

It dont depends on the activity/inadtivity. Just if you're caought, you'll get 1000s of spam daily!!

Phishers are constantly trying new things to get you into giving out any personal information so that they could scam you. Everyone should definitely watch out for them all the time.
