Default Non Paying Buyers

I have tried 3 times to sell things on eBay they sold somewhat quick but the buyer never pays and I find it to be getting very frustrating because the high eBay fees that are involved with selling...

What are some tips for this?

On your sales page, mention that you will give horrendous feedback on their account if they win an auction and don't pay up.

It has interesting results, because eBay take note of people constantly getting bad feedback.

Default Non-paying buyers

Put limits as to who you will allow to bid. One example that I have seen is that folks with 0 or negative feedback must email you before bidding. Also put a strict contact and resale limitations - if you are not contacted within four days, for example, then the item goes up for resale.

I have never sold on ebay, just bought - are there ebay and other auction boards/forums where you can get suggestions from other sellers?

What exactly a horrendous feedback mean? I mean if the seller has decamped with your goods then probably he wont use that account again.

I also have a few buyers who won't pay after they won the auction. I got to relist them, what a waste of time?

We are talking about a buyer here neha123, not a seller.

E-bay tracks its members and if a buyer keeps winning auctions but not paying, they get banned from e-bay and they can't just open another account.

Mentioning that you will give horrendous feedback to non paying buyers will lessen the chances of someone doing it.

It's people that don't give bad feedback to non payers that lets them keep doing it.

These non paying buyers waste your auction listing fee. You should leave negative feedback for them and report them to eBay instantly so that they can take some action against them.
