Default my ebay

Well I bought hosting from ebay and it was a scam and all ebay did was lock there account even tho ebay and paypal are linked I still didn’t get my money back so I ask you why if ebay close a account can paypal not give me a refund?

Ebay even said it was a scam yet paypal said it wasn’t but aren’t they ran by the same company?

I'm not quite sure i get what you mean with the first part of your post but, yes, paypal is a payment processor created by ebay though I'm sure they operate relatively independently of each other in terms of individual's complaints.

Agreed, paypal is bought by ebay for its payment scheme of the bidding system. That is ,ebay is the mother comapny of paypal.
So they may run independently for the mechanism.

You cannot get refund for hosting service because it is a virtual good and paypal does not guarantee anything about them.
