is a seller on ebay that sells many things. I have won an item from him earlier but i did a bad thing and didnt read his feedback, very stupid of me, i usually read. eBay My World - cher69okee is the link to his profile -- if you check, lately he has been getting a lot of Negative feedback, he doesnt ship the item, before when he first started, he had 100% rating, when i won the item, his feedback was over 95%, but now its just above 91%.

Dont buy from this seller until you see his stats improving, I know i never will, I havent paid him because he does not respond to his emails about the question i asked about the item.

He has notified ebay that i havent paid him and i retaliated and explained why. I was afraid that i would not get the item. I am waiting for his response.

yes i definatly would not trust anyone with a terrible feedback. It seems like something is going on with his home or a shipment never came so he has just given up on shipping but wants to keep recieving money till people stop buying from him..

i have emailed him a long time ago, never responded back, and a few days ago he put that claim on me, i contacted him after retaliating as mentioned above, still no response. my rep is gonna get crapped up because of this guy now.

I dont think that it will... although you did reply to the dispute so now it is giving him the option to immediatly close the dispute and give you an unpaid item strike. If that happends then contact eBay and tell them about the situation and they should rule it in your favour and get rid of that unpaid item strike. Just hopefully he doesnt leave you bad rep
