    Buyers Have the Advantage

One thing I hate on eBay is how the buyer can just give you bad feedback, even if the problem was something on their end. Like the order took so long to deliver - well, you took so long to pay, what do you expect? And I'm glad that now they can't complain about the cost of shipping if the shipping was free. I used to get low scores on the shipping charges, and I wasn't even charging a shipping fee! Ridiculous!

Oh, gosh, it's true! I've always hated that! You can actually write a short response when someone says something bad. But it doesn't change your overall score. And that score is the first thing people look at when they are deciding who to buy from.

It is completely unfair that only buyers can leave negative feedback. It didn't used to be that way. When I started with Ebay, both parties could leave negatives.
