Hi Soham,

For a complete list of what you will need, I suggest you do a search for "certified webmaster course" and see what the courses include.

Then find out if you need to learn it for the type of sites you want to make.

If you know nothing, start from the beginning. Start with basic HTML, then as you develop in that, move on to the more harder code E.G PHP. Once you have mastered that, which will take some time you can create a good functional site.

it depends on your business idea and web site.

you dont need to have any programming skills to run a web site, since there is cms.

You need knowledge about programming specially PHP and Mysql. And server installation. web related knowledge.

You don't really need to learn these things. You usually learn them as you go.
Basic html would be a good thing to learn.

Hmmm , to become webmaster you shuld know :

*Html - MUST KNOW.
*JavaScript - you dont have to.
*css - you dont have to.
*Asp\Php - to become better programer you must know one of them.

No, study the basics so you have the jist of it down. The need to know every aspect is well, not needed.

I think it's not nessesarry to learn web designing to became a webmaster but it's good to have good knowledge of some the latest technology's and techniques of web design
