When I would like to develope a new site, I start with a script! That's the basic part, then I will tear the script up and make a monster site out of the script!

The free host offer is quite tempting. Only that you must have a valid credit card to qualify. I wonder why it is required if it is indeed a free offer. By the way can you host a proxy site using this plan?

Start basic, such as making a simple blog with wordpress. Get a domain, hosting put wordpress on it, get a free template if you dont have the money to invest on one. Set the up, add some good content and advertise and market it well. If you wish to earn revenue, add google adds or sell advertising space within it.
