I also useDreamweaver. But to use Dreamweaver you need to learn it s basic first. For simple works...you can use Bluevoda...a good freeware.

I use Microsoft Expression. I think Microsoft will always be ahead in WYSIWYG editors

I use Dreamweaver CS3 for html and CSS , I also use notepad to write quick and dirty codes.
