What do you consider the best forum software ?

Id go for vBulletin for sure

Looks great but kinda looks like a rip-off from vBulletin.

i prefer vbulletin. its always the favorite amongst a lot of webmasters

For paid one I will go for vbulletin of course.
For free one I will go for SMF as it is more secure than PHPBB.

Both vBulletin and phpBB are good. But I consider vBulletin to be the best, because it provides all the require info and options within easy reach.

Vbulletin is the best if you have the financial means.
It is secure,seo and a lot of features in it.

Vbulletin is the best software out right now, that's what I use. The options are virtually endless with the software, and it's powerfull

For free forum, I go for Simple Machine Forum (SMF). It has more features than any free forum script available. For a paid forum script, I opt for VBulletin. It has been tested thru time. It has good features and it is secured.

Simple Machine Forum (SMF) is a good free forum, but I am partial to phpbb, I have had good success with them in the past!
