If you ask me i will say ASP.net i have worked on JAVA also but it's not very user friendly to code in JAVA dunno how ppl code in java lol

Java is quite userfriendly if you use some Good GUI based Integrated Development Environment. Plus advantage of Java is that it is much more robust and scalable than .NET technologies.
