Worked for finance companies....

I have worked for a agency who delt with finance companies such as Black Horse, GMAC, Vauxhall and more. I worked on Pre Visit which is first life contact.

Its there standard procedure to ring the customer up to gain first lie contact and basically try to find out what went wrong and if they are able to pay up etc.

Failing that there are 3 outcomes, they pay, arrage an interview with a advisor to go out and go through the options available like prices plans etc. Or the cusomter was busy/out so they have to call back.

Its there job to get a result so thats why they keep bugging you. Like if someone owed you money you would keep asking.. right?

I know its a touchy subject as ive been in the red before on my car finance but it worked itself out thank god.
