I've had telemarketers call and leave a message acting as if they know me or that I called them first requesting information. Does this really work? I would never be interested in anything these people have to say if they start off with a lie.

I receive tons of spam calls from insurance agents, real estate brokers etc and I simply ignore them because I'm getting sick of tens of such calls every day.

I get a that a lot I emails they say information you requested. When I get those I immediately delete it. I have never had that experience on the phone. Only problem I have with them is calling 9:00 at night.

I am getting a lot of such calls every day, and i am not sure wheather they are geniuene or noyt because my friend is always making all his deals over phone, and he has never been cheated.
