I keep getting phone calls all the time from this french credit place called NCO. They say that I owe money to paypal but I have no record of that. I am not sure what I can do about this because they call a couple times a week and I explained I know nothing about this and that my account is fine and I owe nothing on it.

Can someone please help?

It's a scam most likely! They probably stole your phone number from somewhere asking for your paypal details! Just ignore it or block their number on your phone!

that could not be possible truly it is a scam .. avoid the calls by blocking the number .. thats the best way out

I`ll reccomend you to just ignore it the way you do to spam in your mails.
