Default Have a creditor on you?

Do you have a creditor constantly calling you? Well you can not ignore them for one thing and for another make sure that you call them up and see what it is for and if it is something that you knwo you can not pay back then please tell them that you really have no money and they will try to work something out with you so they can get there money back with monthly payments..

When my mom passed in 2005, the creditors would call and call even though we told them that she had just passed. We were not responsible for her debt. The bill was so high that they tried to find all kinds of reasons to get us to pay. We stopped answering the phone then evneually they stopped calling.

Yes, they will work something out, but the best way to avoid this in the future is to not overspend, didn't think about that one right?

whenever they call tell them your situation and the amount of money you are having now ..
they will surely help you out to pay the money in installments or they will give you a 50 % discount on the whole amount

I never really indulge in credits from CC. I get the loans from banks if its a very urgent need, but i really try to control my desires.

it is very easy to get them to stop calling. send a certified letter to the agency and tell them to stop calling. you have a right not to be bothered. they must abide by it and only send you mail.
