Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I think I posted elsewhere that my Dad lost his card a few weeks ago, and as far as I know, has never got it back. I think he has been lucky so far, because he has not mentioned anything happening, but the bank was so apathetical about it - no suggestions of freezing or watching the account for example, just "oh yeah and we'll send you another card within a week/ten days." He's an older person, and with all the possibilities of what could happen, it burns me that neither he nor the bank was concerned enough to take larger measures. He did go back everywhere he had been and look for the card, but nothing. It just aggravates me that the loss was not handled like I think it should have been, more securely. |
