I bought one through the DP forum and I had no problem verifying my paypal account with that card.

Nowadays so many people use debit card or visa to verify paypal.There is one important thing for usage of them if you withdraw money to them from your paypal account you`ll see that your account access is limited.

The only problem is that when you finally get a credit card of your own you can't attach it to your paypal. They only allow you to have 1 credit card on your account.

Yes, you can but i think you have to call and personally request the bank.
